We were here on November 2, 2025, and were very warmly welcomed by Nectaria with a delicious lunch of bread and all kinds of homemade jams, a wonderful dinner in the evening, and the next morning we were surprised again with pancakes. Nectaria is incredibly helpful, a truly sweet woman. She even helped us with a hospital visit; highly recommended and a very special place. I also bought some ointment for arm pain; it helped tremendously.

You have to experience this! Niko and Nektaria are incredibly friendly people, and Nektaria knows almost everything about herbs that grow in her own organic garden, which she uses to make creams for all sorts of ailments. Everything is free, you can eat with it, and they're very cooperative.

We did not stay overnight here. On our way to the ferry in Igoumenitsa we arrived here to buy cream for the skin complaints of one of our daughters. We got excellent advice from Nektaria and bought a cream and some herbs. We were not allowed to leave on an empty stomach and so a nice salad and omelette came on the table with a liqueur tasting from Nikos and a bowl of water for the dogs. In short, a hospitable welcome from 2 sweethearts!
