Booking is unreliable. Despite our booking and payment, the manager extends the standing tenant at our booked spot. Could be in a lesser place. How so? Why not move the standing camper to the lesser pitch if it really wants to extend and we stay at our booked and approved paid pitch? Despite our email exchange, the administrator stands by his decision. Booking in advance via their own website is simply a raffle.

The offer was bluntly and instantly rejected and the reservation cancelled as result of this. If the visitor had considered the alternative she would have learnt that in hospitality (HORECA) when an alternative is offered, it is always of equal or greater value, and absolutely never of "lesser" value. I am certain future users will consider the facts when reading this review, and focus their attention on all the other reviews of visitors who actually stayed at the site.
