I gave this campsite 4 stars because of the extensive extras at the sanitary building: kitchen with extensive cooking facilities, good washer and dryer, covered seating areas around the amenities. The pitches were bone-dry and sandy due to the recent heat. There is a small bar on site. In terms of noise, it is really a city campsite (sirens, airplanes), so wear earplugs if you are a light sleeper. With an ACSI card, it costs €50 for 2 people and a camper with electricity (long cable needed).

Clean campsite close to the center; the tram is nearby, allowing you to take it directly to the center. The women's sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but very clean, while the men's facilities have already been renovated and are also very clean.
We were hardly bothered by the noise of the airplanes, as there are no flights during the night.
For us, this was the ideal base for exploring Budapest.

A quiet campsite in the heart of Budapest. It has everything you need and is only 3 minutes from the tram.
