Excellent campsite, wonderfully quiet, clean shower and toilet. From here you can visit Reykjavik by bus 1, which is easy to do. Walk up the road through the park and the bus stop is there. You can pay with your debit card on the bus; the round trip costs about 5 euros per person.

A lovely campsite close to Reykjavik. The online booking for two nights worked flawlessly, as did the automatic barrier opening. The sanitary facilities were clean.

Register at reception with or without electricity. Free shower and toilet. The water in the shower smells of sulphur (but that's normal) but is still kept clean. Few pitches, so you should probably reserve in advance.
