For €45, you can expect good sanitary facilities.

The sanitary building is in need of a complete renovation, so not just a lick of paint, but hot showers, properly functioning locks, clean floors, etc., etc.! The pitches are fine, and with the bus stopping right in front of the door, it is good for visiting Dublin city centre; a one-way trip took 1 hour in our case.

A fine campsite in itself, BUT the sanitary facilities are terrible. Broken latches, toilet paper dispensers that don't work, flush systems that don't function properly, broken coin machines in the shower, lukewarm water from the shower that you have to pay for. Do something about it!!

The bus stop for Dublin city centre is close to the campsite, though it takes 45 minutes. The price is 2.60, which is ideal. It is a large and busy campsite and you can hear the motorway, but it is convenient for visiting Dublin. The showers are not really clean and are outdated. The staff are helpful, which is also worth something.
