We offer tents in our home's private, fenced garden. Guests arriving with campers or tents can park their vehicles on the lawn of the private, unfenced plot adjacent to our home or on our stone driveway, depending on availability. The land is entirely surrounded by green fields and chestnut and black locust tree woods, offering nature walks. The home offers a private swimming pool, electricity, drinking water, and a sewage disposal system. An outdoor shower, a bathroom with a sink and indoor shower, a sink for washing dishes, and a small refrigerator are available for shared use by guests. PLEASE NOTE: IN OCTOBER AND NOVEMBER 2025, THE BATHROOM WITH SHOWER, THE SINK FOR DISHWASHING, AND THE REFRIGERATOR WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE TO GUESTS. RESERVATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ONLY FOR SELF-SUFFICIENT CAMPER RVS. A ping pong table, basketball hoop, table football, fitness equipment, and a slalom complete the offerings for those who love games. Children aged 0 to 2 stay free of charge. Children aged 2 to 13 pay a child rate. Adults aged 13 and over pay an adult rate. The village of Morazzone is a perfect base for visiting cultural sites such as Casa Macchi (FAI), the Torba Monastery (FAI), Castelseprio with its archaeological excavations, Castiglione Olona (Tuscany area in Lombardy), and Sacro Monte di Varese (a UNESCO World Heritage site). A ten-minute drive takes you to the center of Varese, the garden city, with its beautiful pedestrian-only historic center. The Estensi Gardens and the town hall are among the main attractions in the heart of Varese. A few minutes' walk from the center, you can also reach magnificent parks such as Villa Mylius and Villa Panza (FAI). The green park of Villa Toepliz is just a few minutes' drive away. Lake Varese is 7 km from the house and enjoys a splendid location at the foot of the Campo dei Fiori massif (home to the famous Sacro Monte di Varese). A 28 km cycle path runs along the lake's perimeter. The cycle path also offers a detour to Lake Comabbio. Bike rentals are available. For hiking enthusiasts, the Campo dei Fiori Natural Park offers picturesque trails, such as the Scala del Cielo and Forte di Orino, the Tre Croci, the Monte Martica massif, and many others. The location makes it easy to reach and visit Lake Montate, Lake Maggiore, Lake Lugano, and Lake Como for day trips. The train station, 2.5 km away, provides access to Milan.
