One of the few campsites still open in October. That alone is worth 5 stars: hot showers and clean toilets... There's also a waste disposal station, what more could you want? Just avoid the bar next door, "tutti frutti," they're ridiculously overpriced...

A truly fantastic campsite! I spent two nights here and felt very comfortable. The site is very clean, well-maintained, and quiet.

The food is also supposed to be excellent. The owner is a chef, and my fellow campers were absolutely thrilled with it – I didn't try it myself, unfortunately, but everything I heard was positive.

The beach isn't far away, and the water was indeed almost Caribbean-like at the beginning of September.
