Apparently, reviews of two different campsites are getting mixed up. For instance, photo 2 is NOT of this place, and even as a young person, you have to be exceptionally skilled to pull stunts with your car here. This is an excellent campsite with three amazing free showers that the average Italian campsite could learn a thing or two from. And indeed, traffic noise from early morning.

Brand new campervan site with paid electricity at €1 for 4 kWh. Water also paid for with euro coins. Shower and toilet free. Grey water and chemical toilet disposal all available. 1 km from the village with all shops. TOP

Drive 1 km further (northeast) and you'll find a new campsite on the right. It's free and has excellent facilities. It's along the SR142, which is quite busy. I didn't see the current campsite at the roundabout.
