Lovely, peaceful location. Beautiful surroundings, charming village. Bakery, supermarkets, and restaurants within walking distance.

There's electricity, and you just have to open the box (which looks like a trash can) and plug it in. It's quiet here, and you can take a lovely walk along the river into town. It's also ideal for dogs, although unfortunately, many people let their dogs do their business on the grass.
