This is not a camper site. I don't think it ever was. It is a large grassy field surrounded by a fence and a locked gate. There is a building on the premises, but it also looks abandoned and neglected.

10,000 spots is quite an exaggeration if the site were open to the public.
My advice is to remove it from the app.
