A lakeside campsite with plenty of shade and never a crowd. The food is basic but very pleasant. Clean and functional restrooms. Ideal for a long weekend by the lake.

The campsite was beautiful.

We opted for the slightly more expensive pitches right by the lake.

Motorhomes aren't allowed there, so we had the place to ourselves.

The welcome was incredibly friendly, and the man at reception went out of his way to make us feel welcome immediately.

I'm deducting two stars for the washrooms.

Outdated is one thing, but unfortunately, they weren't cleaned once in six days.

We stayed here for three nights; it was a little paradise. The lake was beautiful, and the beach was fantastic. We had pizza, which was simply superb. In the evening, a beer or an Aperol Spritz was wonderful. The sanitary facilities were perfectly fine, and the water was wonderfully warm with good pressure. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly everywhere. We will definitely be back.
