In general, we do not find the campsites on the Ligurian coast great in terms of location, accessibility, facilities, and pitches. Although the pitches are “Italian,” this is a positive exception due to the very enthusiastic team and the quality of all facilities. Also noteworthy: there are no rules or prohibitions anywhere. Lovely campsite, clean sanitary facilities. Small pitches indeed, but plenty of shade. Incredibly friendly team, very welcoming. We took the bus to the beach with 2 parasols and a sunbed for €20/day. Bikes are available for rent. Albenga is easy to cycle to, and so is Ceriale. We had a wonderful few days, and if we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back. A truly no-nonsense Italian campsite. Great swimming pool and supermarkets nearby.
