The campsite is situated in a beautiful location on Lake Como and is well maintained. Leaves are removed from the grass every day, and the sanitary facilities are spotless. We found the reception fine, but quite ordinary. We didn't really recognize the stories about an exceptionally enthusiastic welcome. It really is a watersports campsite, with plenty of sailors and surfers. That atmosphere is clearly present and seems to set the tone a bit at the campsite!

We had a wonderful stay at Camping Gardenia in Domaso on Lake Como. The welcome was friendly, and we were able to get a pitch at short notice. Unfortunately, we had to leave the next day, but we were able to move to the neighboring campsite without any problems. Very relaxing, dogs allowed, in a beautiful, clean area.

Some photos don't reflect reality. There was little grass on the pitch, mostly dirt. The children's area was practically nonexistent, just two plastic games for very young children. Despite this, the restrooms were comfortable and really clean. The staff was friendly. All in all, a good experience, but I probably wouldn't return with children.
