is closed. !!!50 meters further is a small parking lot where campers are tolerated. even electricity, nothing else. official payment but nobody seen and no machine. 400 meters from the cathedral.

Unfriendly woman received us. Most Italians become friendlier when you speak their language but not this woman. We had to stand exactly where she wanted. 
We paid 15€ from 10-8am. incl 3€ electricity. There are only 3 places with electricity. 
You can only take water to do your dishes, according to the woman. 
The center is nearby and a Eurspin East over the bridge at 600m.

Place is currently a construction site. They are building apartments. You can still stand there, but a lot of noise and fuss.
