For us a gem, very beautiful location with a view of the Sibillini Mountains, place for 3 campers, simple toilet room. We were alone here and were well received. Had a delicious meal in the restaurant in the evening. In the morning breakfast provided by Patrizia who is very friendly. Not 5 stars because the swimming pool was not yet in use, otherwise it would certainly be worth 5 stars for us.
