It is a simple mixed parking lot on gravel, very busy during the day, in a beautiful position on the pass. Free, without special services. Quiet and isolated at night.

It is a simple parking lot, without any service, except the commercial ones: shelter, market and kiosk of local products. However, the location is lovely and a starting point for many excursions. And then it's free.

Indeed beautiful surroundings with whistling marmots and shooting stars. We drove up from Cuneo (It) in the afternoon. With sunny weather that gives a beautiful view. The next morning down again with the sun in the back. In terms of lighting, the trip in the direction of France is most beautiful. Not relevant for the assessment.
