Campers can park for 6 euros / day! Attention at night very windy that it almost blows the Womo away! Parking is very derogatory. Do you have to underlay much! Stray dogs and curious foxes! Very lonely ... here is nothing in operation! No water, no showers, no toilets. A few souvenir shops have open and a bar with delicious cappuccino.

We were only ones there and moved to the smaller and less exposed Rifugio Il Ginepro dell'Etna as there were no one around anywhere. Great walking on the lava & fresh forest smells from the Pine woods.
