It's a bit tricky to find the campsite, as the entrance is inconspicuous. However, the location is fantastic – very quiet and directly opposite the entrance to the Sicily Gorge. There are two access points: either through the park entrance (costing €25) or via the municipal entrance (stairs, costing €2). The owner is very friendly and gave us peaches. The sanitary facilities are basic, but there is electricity at all pitches. The gorge is

Indeed, sanitary facilities are simple but it all works. Lovely quiet place opposite the Alcantara Gorge.
We paid 10 euros without electricity.
