Camping Ansitz Gamp

We stayed one night due to transit. We paid €59.95 for a campervan spot on a low-lying grassy field. We could have used the restrooms at the campsite above, but we didn't need them. The welcome was friendly but impersonal. We find the price-quality ratio inadequate. The nearby town makes up for a lot.

After arriving late that evening, we were greeted kindly and found a spot available on a nearby camper field. There, we had access to electricity and clean water. The next day, a spot was available at the campsite itself. The campsite is very clean, the sanitary facilities are clean, as is the swimming pool. The campsite is close to the village, which has many restaurants and bars.

Very friendly staff. Lovely pool, excellent sanitary facilities. A beautiful village with several nice restaurants. The walk to the high-altitude monastery is well worth it (be sure to wear walking shoes).
