Great place to stay overnight. the view is fantastic! When we were there there was quite a bit of wind, a little lower the wind is a lot less intense. many visitors to the pass in the morning. Cyclists, motorcyclists and cars who all want a place. Good to not park too clumsy. A walk along the stone village (from rifugio passo sella) is highly recommended. Can be walked from the parking (difficult parking there)
lees meerOvernight stays are not allowed (sign at the beginning of the pass), but is tolerated. Superb view to wake up to. You hear vehicles passing until late. Also beautiful for walking.
Nice view, not flat and lots of traffic and noise until midnight. Drive to the spot is a challenge in itself from the village. Weather is really bad here if bad weather is predicted.
