what a fantastic location to stay. swimming pool perfect and clean. sanitary facilities clean and lovely hot showers. friendly reception. 
Actually the question is: what more do you want? 
If people don't like it here, I wonder if they like it at home.

Much too expensive for the current condition. The whole complex is quite run down. 
The reception is not particularly friendly and the last kilometer of road is a nightmare for the motorhome.

Nice place and friendly welcome. However, a lot of maintenance backlog. The swimming pool makes up for a lot, but also requires some maintenance. Lots of flies in places. A car is actually necessary for the area. Cycling to the beach about 6 km. Cycling in the evening in darkness is very dangerous!
