I found the area comfortable both for the distance from the country and for the tranquility, the only thing that also park the cars and there should be. Slightly sloping terrain requires wedges on one side.

Beautiful place with a beautiful view over the Tuscan mountains. Nice picturesque village with numerous walks and monuments. Get plenty of food as there is hardly what available. Faucet for water intake and put to discharge. Behind the tennis court.
