Good location for one night before the ferry. 
The camper service is included in the price, power supply is additional 3 Eur. 

The doorkeeper guy (actually an old man ) speaks only Italian even with Google translate. Anyway unfriendly. 

The toilette is closed, shower is working with token but the guy did not informed or offered us to buy.

Perfect for before or after the ferry.

Wonderful for walking dogs.

The harbor is also lovely to look at.

Shopping is just around the corner.

Dear RVers, why don't you stay at a campsite if you absolutely need sanitary facilities?

No €12 overnight stay as of October 1st, no electricity. No toilet, and a shower in a container that's too dirty to use, but €18 for 24 hours. The bike path to Pisa is good. 15 km and you're in front of the Leaning Tower. The promenade and beach in Pisa Marina are fine.
