I really can't understand the criticism regarding the swimming pool being near the parking lot.

Of course, it's not a private pool, but what do you expect?

Luca and Fabrizio are wonderful hosts who treat their guests to a fantastic Tuscan menu every evening, and their homemade olive oil is superb.

I'm so grateful to have discovered this wonderful place and will definitely be back!

If you're into tourism, this might be for you. The pool faces the parking lot, so everyone can watch you swim. You have to be into that sort of thing. Lots of tourists. We drove on because it wasn't really our style.
