We weren't deterred by the message about the app and went there. We still didn't let downloading the "Inarea" app, which gave a 1-star rating, stop us. Full of optimism, we started filling in the details, but eventually, we gave up and went to the other camper site near the stadium.

Impressive work if you manage to get in here just to be allowed to stand on a slab of asphalt.

First download an app that then doesn't work.

Many attempts later, it seems like it's going to work until the payment selection button fails.
Left a good hour later, never to return here again.

Nice spot, but it was a hassle to download the app and enter all the details first. What I find worst is that the Wi-Fi doesn't work at all and that the phone number in the app and the one posted in various places at the location are out of service.
