The location is undeniable, as it's simply stunning! Enjoying an aperitif here and waking up to this view is unforgettable. It's probably the most expensive option, given its popularity, but I did it anyway. You have to book online for 12-hour blocks (€60), and the barrier simply recognizes your license plate. Above, there are plenty of hiking options at the Tre Cime, with several huts along the way.

An unforgettable experience. We had a ticket from 11 p.m. and enjoyed the view under the full moon. The next morning we went for a walk at 6:15 a.m. We saw the sunrise and had a beautiful walk around the 3Cime. We arrived back at the camper at 9:30 a.m. and drove down at 10:30 a.m. It was perfectly doable.

This location is the parking lot at Rifugio Auronzo, the starting point of the Tre Cime hike. You can book the toll road up, including parking, online for a 12-hour time slot for €60. You can also stay overnight here with your campervan; in that case, you'll need to book two 12-hour time slots for €120. There are no facilities, so it's a lot of money, but highly recommended. Try to get a spot for your campervan on the edge; you'll have a beautiful, unique view.
