The owner is absolutely friendly. You can't fault her for that. If you paid cash it was €29, with a debit card it was €31 or 32.

She indicated that the road was too dangerous to walk your dog, so we were allowed to walk on the grounds.

Everything was a bit shabby, though. And the shower couldn't be locked. And the toilets had no toilet paper. It wasn't all super clean either. But for one night, it's doable.

Friendly owner who helps you with everything.
There is some road noise, but it's not a problem at night.
It's easy to visit Verona; the bus stops right in front of the door.
Where else would you find something like this?

The owner gave us a very warm and enthusiastic welcome!! This person is Belgian and provided us (in French) with all the information we needed
to visit Verona (bus, detailed map, and notes, etc.).
We paid €30 for 2 people and a car (electricity included). Very clean restrooms with hot water for €0.50 / 4 minutes.
The nearby road is a bit noisy.
A very good base for visiting Verona.
