Noise pollution day and night, like being parked inside a nightclub. Terribly small spots; the neighbors can smell them inside your home. Not recommended!

Excellent campsite for visiting Riga, clean and tidy facilities. Quiet place to spend the night, beautiful location on the riverbank. I paid €34 for one night, two people, electricity included, good value (they prefer cash).

The campsite is situated in a nice spot on an island in the river. The area is a combination of old, dilapidated buildings interspersed with luxury new-build houses and apartments. The city beach is within walking distance. The city center is a 3 to 4 km walk or bike ride away, and the bus stops right in front of the campsite entrance.

The campsite can get quite busy, but otherwise offers neat facilities housed in portable cabins. Showers are included in the price.
