Beautiful motorhome site, felt familiar, as if we were at a German camper spot. Filling and emptying facilities perfectly laid out. Paved pitches. Electricity nearby and hot showers. And the occasional rumble of the passing local train. Not disturbing for us as city dwellers. And quiet from 11 pm onwards.

This campsite looks great, super clean, neatly paved pitches, clean sanitary facilities, a nice shower, all amenities for filling and emptying your camper, and would certainly have received five stars from us, were it not that the campsite is located directly next to a railway line where a train passes twice an hour. They are short trains, but they run until half past one at night and start at 5:00 in the morning. Despite earplugs, we kept waking up.

Well-maintained site with everything you need. Contact via the website. Quick response from the owner. Payment via PayPal. Entry possible at any time as the barrier is controlled by license plate. Yes, there are railway tracks, but you can cycle or walk to the nearest train station and from there take the train to Riga.
