Melliha Beach

Only serious camper place on Malta. Stayed here for two weeks, free! Good base. In the weekend some nuisance from loitering youths, incl. drifting and noise from the exhaust. Otherwise quiet and familiar. Maltese come in the weekend with camper. Bring a large supply of water, because water is hard to get on the island. Green chemical can be discharged in public toilet, although the toilet does not always flush. Beautiful view. Buses go regularly (2 euros/trip)

New! from October 1 to April 1, an entire floor for campers. On the beach. No amenities. there is a public toilet. We will pass on the official change to NKC.

This place has been given up, at the moment there are no official camper places on the island. It is rumored that a new place will come in 2022 but is not sure where.
