We were here two years ago. What a beautiful spot! We were the only ones there, but it felt safe. Large parking lot with space for several campers.
Everything looks fantastic.

A lovely place to stay overnight. You can use the restrooms outside the museum, which are illuminated at night! A bakery and supermarket are nearby.
A beautiful playground is under construction. Some light traffic noise.

A beautiful, quiet spot in the museum parking lot. You can easily walk there. The museum interactively illustrates how Vikings used to live. The surrounding area, with its stonework, is also beautifully landscaped. Restrooms are available.
