Yes, as described, it was a hassle to register, scan with your phone, and the iDeal payment option doesn't work.
Not a cheap spot. We bought €10 worth of electricity, but you don't know how much you've used. 🙈 We paid by credit card, and they immediately want to add a PayPal account.
We paid €29 for the spot and electricity.
No toilet, no water, no showers.
You're better off going to a campsite.

The payment was debited, but we later discovered that it hadn't been processed according to the grt system. Despite the debit, the barrier wouldn't open. It turned out we couldn't pay with iDEAL, although it was mentioned as an option! Paying with a credit card (which we fortunately also have) worked, and the gate did open.

Unlike other reports, payment was very easy for us.
It's a very clean campervan site near the highway, so ideal for passing through. The town of Bamberg is a half-hour bike ride away and well worth a visit. Our campervan is 12 meters long, so it's also very suitable for large campervans.
