A large park with mainly seasonal pitches and rental/purchase cottages/mobile homes.

For transient visitors, there is a beautifully landscaped area for campers/caravans on a gravel surface with a grassy area and a picnic table. Water at the pitch.
Nice heated and clean toilet block. What continues to amaze me is that the standard in England for the number of toilets and showers per pitch is low.

16 Nov. not cheap £35 for 1 night, 2 pers with camper incl everything, also wifi. reception was easily accessible also in the evenings. clean sanitary facilities. in 2020 the campsite was flooded up to the top line, more than 2 meters of water.
