Nice camper place we were there April 3, free parking until June 1.
Nice walk along the sea to Saint Raphaël.
There is a toilet and you can dump dirty water.

As stated in another review, the camper place is not at this location, camping is not allowed there. 

we finally found it, about 500 meters to the ports and the center. is located next to a normal parking lot and can only be recognized by the toilet in the photo. I have no idea whether you are actually allowed to stay there, but we did it together with a few other campers. location is good, fifteen minutes walk from the center.

The location in the app indicates the wrong place, camping is explicitly not allowed there. Actual camper place is 500 meters further along the same road. Some height restrictions of 1.90m have to be avoided to get here. The center of St. Raphael is not accessible for heavy traffic (>3.5t) so it can be a bit of a puzzle to get here. Free parking at this place except from 01-06/30-09.
