I fully agree with previous reviews. Tip for cyclists, you can easily avoid the main road if you want to cycle to Cahir. Just look at the map for the small roads. We only crossed the busy road.

This nice and busy apple farmer has it all together. Beautifully landscaped grounds, excellent camper pitches, all facilities available. €21,- excluding electricity. A bottle of apple cider is given as a welcome gift. Nice people.

It was our first campsite in Ireland, and after almost 7 weeks of travelling it turned out to be one of the best. A very warm welcome (indeed with a bottle of apple juice), very spacious well-paved pitches, excellent sanitary facilities (not modern, but very clean), funny decorated rest facilities in the company hall. For a moment we felt like part of the Apple Farm instead of a tourist. Hats off to the company. Rate €22.50 all-in for this arrangement 5*
