Stayed here for a few days in the third week of September.
Great, quiet spot, and especially during the week, plenty of shaded spots.
A short walk to the beach through the dunes.
Actually, no problems at all with the pumpjack next to the spot.
No amenities, but still a nice spot.

Good location for one night, shame access to the beach is prohibited

What a bleak affair. And when you close the curtains, you hear the roar from the 3 km deep nodding donkey pit topped off with the humming of the electric motor. You don't really have to go to the beach either.
