Nice camper spot, like so many at Camping Car Park. Once you have a pass, it's a breeze. Memorial was beautiful; we really set aside a few hours for it. We went to Caen by bike, but we didn't think that was a success. An Uber is better for that. We did like Caen itself, though.

A super beautiful place, everything is very neatly arranged. It was a bit of a puzzle arranging the access, but with patience and reading the instructions carefully, it works out.

We explored the area by bike; there are many beautiful sights. It is also doable on foot, just make sure to wear good shoes.

We will definitely come back again.

We stayed here for a day in Caen.

It took a bit of figuring out with the camper car park app. You have to create an account and buy a pass for 5 euros. After that, you receive a code that allows you to enter the site.
From the spot, we took an Uber (11 euros) to the city center.

Ideal for a day in Caen.
