We were so looking forward to the campsite, but it's closed.
The sign in front of the farm has a red cross through it. The farmer in the field also completely ignored us.

Away from the crowded campsites, this is a blessing of peace and simplicity. Very friendly owners (he is Scottish). Showering is not actually possible in our camper, but a day without a shower and toilet is a cathartic experience!

Fortunately they still exist. The camper spot without pretensions.
This is one of those. On the grass at a farm, not too straight. 
The host is Cameron who is happy to have a chat with you. 
Amenities are limited to water. Enough for us. 
Many farm animals such as chickens, rabbits and goats.
Beautiful walk through the forest behind the farm.
