We stayed at the spots right by the harbor office. Shade from the trees in the morning and from the camper in the evening. We were welcomed by a woman and a young man who were very friendly. The sanitary facilities were indeed mediocre, but just bring a towel and your water bottle and it was perfectly fine.
Cycling to Seville via Apple Maps and making your own choices via the stores' parking lot is possible without having to use busy roads. About 30 minutes.

Arrive early in the morning for a good chance of getting a good spot. €30 including electricity, and mediocre sanitary facilities. Reservations are not possible. Try to stay at a spot away from the harbor office. Not all spots are okay. Great bike route to Seville, 30 minutes over an unpaved path along the river (only a very small stretch along a busy road). Slept peacefully, supermarkets within cycling distance, bakery within walking distance. Waste disposal is poorly/dirty organized.

The view is beautiful and the harbor is a quiet place. Unfortunately, the sanitary facilities are outdated, partly broken, and clogged. The price of 30 euros for a night is far too high. For much less money, we have stayed at much better campsites with a restaurant, shop, and clean sanitary facilities. The distance to the city is manageable by bike. The route, however, is confusing and parts are very unsafe. The harbor manager who greeted us could be a bit friendlier.
