Perfect campsite. Spacious, beautiful pitches. Simple yet everything you need. There's even a place for the dogs to run around. Beautiful view. Very friendly owner. We stayed for 3 nights.

everything on and on except toilet building
but if you are otherwise self-sufficient that is no problem
friendly and helpful hostess
Kendal is worth it

Also been here in 2023. 
Excellent CP for one night. Nice spacious flat pitches. Each pitch with electricity, water and grey water well. Nice view over the hills at the back. No other sanitary facilities!
No reception. Can only be booked via the internet. Barrier opens with number plate recognition. Didn't work for us but was quickly resolved via tel#. 
Supermarket at 200m. Kendal centre at 1.5km
