What a surprise: a campsite on the lake, with tons of space. Simple (yes, dry toilets, but super clean). No showers or Wi-Fi, but a beautiful spot. And only 200 kroner! A gift, this last campsite before we return to the Netherlands after six weeks.

A simple campsite in a beautiful location. Plenty of permanent pitches and trailer pitches by the water. A clean compost toilet and cold water are available, but there are no other amenities. A great place for a low price.

We have been staying at Haugnes for three weeks, the gem that we can't leave. 
Waking up to sunrise, a morning swim and a beautiful sandy beach are not everyone's gift. 
The place is tidy and the owner is service-minded and pleasant.
