A somewhat bleak location to spend the night in the middle of a residential area. Lots of city noise during the night. From early in the morning, the highway further away is very clearly audible and even somewhat disturbing. The location is also frequently used by local camper owners to clean their vehicles after their vacation.

I don't really get why you have to pay for this; just a little further down, a large grassy area is swarming with campers—where, incidentally, there are traffic signs prohibiting either stopping or parking—and yet they happily come here to discharge their grey water and fill up with fresh water.

We were one of many campers who spent the night peacefully on a huge meadow outside the campsite... Supermarket and laundromat nearby, and the beach within walking distance... Basic camping amenities can be used at the official campsite.

Highly recommended!
