We stayed for an event and had a great experience.
There was a little noise due to the proximity to the highway, but it was bearable. The location was quiet and there were amenities available.
The owners were always very available, even by phone in the days leading up to our arrival. You can always call to check opening hours and availability.

Great campervan site. Father and son are very friendly. Clean restrooms.
It is indeed located near the highway, but because of the monotonous noise, you quickly get used to it. It wasn't bothersome for us. Orte is a nice little town, and the tourist office is very helpful. A fun underground tour too!

is indeed open, but you have to call when you are at the gate. number is on sign, is the same as in this app
