There is a notice on the board clearly stating that you are allowed to stay overnight here. You can decide for yourself how much you pay.

Great spot for an overnight stay, so I appreciate that this is being made available.

There is no indication whatsoever that this is a camper site.

places are gravel, you can get fresh water for 2 euros and the stay is free but there is a box so you can pay what/ if you like. we used the options to get rid of dark and grey water so we payed 5 euros for that
