The 'renovation' is apparently finished. Fixed price is now €10.00 for 24 hours. Payment in coins or via a downloadable app. (Unfortunately, I couldn't find the app in question at Apple.)

2 Council worker's who are also motorhome owners tell me their aim is to make this the new Cobh and have to agree it has the potential.  Excellent location in town and next to the Blueway. 
Public toilet in the small carpark 5 minutes walk away. 
12 bay's with fresh water and drive over Grey water.  Tank going in the corner soon for the black water. €3.50 all day going up to €10 when completed
