For us, in our 7 years of camping, this is the most special location so far.

We couldn't get the payment done (due to the language barrier).

Fortunately, we were able to drive out through the tree.

You do have to pay for water, though.

So, electricity was free.

Truly a super fun experience.

It took some searching, but here you are under the stadium. Not cozy, beautiful, or interesting, but it is fine for an overnight stay. 75 PLN without and 85 PLN with electricity. Emptying, filling and chemical toilet cleaning is all provided. 
There are also many campers 'in storage'.
