One star is still too many.

Water and electricity aren't available, the spaces are tiny, and the entrance and exit are blocked by parked cars.

Overall, everything is very dirty and filthy. Ugh.

On the way back to Belgium we visited the village here and had lunch, the CP is ideal and is 5 to 10 minutes from the center. We had a quiet night here. The CP was neat and we were there with 3 campers.

There is a bit of a bleak atmosphere, especially when you take a few steps to the adjacent, neglected boats. The sani-column was not really fresh either. It is wonderfully quiet there. 
Further along the harbour there are many restaurants and cafés. We had a delicious meal at Le Bistrot Italien.
