A great base for beautiful bike rides to Franeker, Leeuwarden, and the Wadden Sea. A neat camper pitch within walking distance of a supermarket, chip shop, and Chinese takeaway. Friendly and very dedicated owners. One even came to warn us that the neighbors were having a party, and he made a daily round anyway. Clean and pleasant sanitary facilities. Highly recommended!

Visited this camper site in Menaldum again, with the right facilities for us.

You can easily cycle to the coast and then along the dike to Harlingen, Franeker, or Leeuwarden, and many more places.

The owners and their children are very dedicated to their guests; nothing is too much trouble for them to make you feel comfortable, simply wonderful people ❤️.

Spacious pitches, clean sanitary facilities, and 10 amps of electricity—that is exactly what you want as a camper.

A fantastic camper site with all the amenities you could want.

When you see all the 5-star reviews and only 1 with 1 star, there is surely something that isn't quite right, and it could also be down to the camper.

The owners are wonderful people.
