For a city parking space, this is fantastic: you're sheltered and quiet in a courtyard. It's a 10-minute walk to the old town. You couldn't get more central. Bill, the manager, is incredibly nice and friendly, always ready to listen and answer any questions you may have.

Great parking if you're just passing through. Close to the city center, and a friendly man who paid for the parking. He speaks good English. You can get clean drinking water, and it's safe there otherwise. Don't expect too much, and there's nothing wrong with this place!
