Regardless of the GPS coordinates, the parking lot is practically behind the Mislata hospital. Continue on and you'll find it. There are actually two parking lots at opposite ends of the road. It's a quiet area. I'd say it's excellent for visiting the city.

Not even worth a single star. It's a parking lot. We were there on Friday evening, and it was full of young people. Construction started Saturday morning at 6:30 a.m., with about 20 concrete trucks parked in front of our spot. We couldn't sleep a wink. We left the next morning.
It's definitely not a CP.
